It would probably be cheaper than a neutron bomb, if your aim  was to completely destroy entrepeneurial retail in downtown Milwaukie.

		<description>My understanding is that Wal-Mart has purchased the old Goodwill site and plan to erect a store there. While this is possible, and even probably true, it doesn&#039;t make a whole lot of sense because the existing infrastructure could not possibly sustain a Wal-Mart. Still, there&#039;s already active opposition:
