He’s awake!

Hey, what do you know! Commissioner Dan Saltzman - coincidentally up for re-election next May - is finally making his presence known.

He’s apparently the swing vote on yet another housing project seeking tax abatements - and since he’s got his finger on the anti-PDC, anti-tax handout pulse around this town lately, he’s starting to question the “affordable housing” mix that’s been offered up by the developer. He’d prefer to see fewer studios and more 2-bedroom housing for families before he’ll give it his seal of approval, apparently.
