Did I just feel an earthquake? Did you? The whole house shook for a second or two. Did you feel a shake in the earth?

Yes, I felt it, too. Thought my furnice had exploded. Nice to know someone else felt it. I’m in SE, near Reed College.

Good to know someone else felt it as well. I’m in SW Portland. It was a good shake. I don’t have a TV. Any news reports — local broadcast/print web sites don’t have anything as of yet — as far as I can tell.
i did! we were sitting at the table, finishing up dinner and i thought my son was jumping up and down in the other room or something. but he wasn’t. that was sorta neat. we lived in SF for 15 months and i never felt one and i felt sort of ripped off.

Thanks for the link — a 2.8 micro quake? Perhaps the gods are sick of this rain, too? :-).
Yep, felt it here too. You can report what you felt here http://pasadena.wr.usgs.gov/shake/pnw/
hit us in NE portland, thought a tree had fallen on the house or something.
