Brainwaves, Portland’s oldest improv troupe is starting a month long run tonight at the Lucky Lab Public House in Multhnomah village. That’s right every Friday and Saturday in February you can catch the troupe that has been wowing audiences for almost twenty years.

If you have not seen brainwaves before you really should try and catch their act. Brainwaves is packed with talent that would allow them to be based anywhere yet they choose to make Portland their home. Lucky us! The troupe has been pumping out consistently funny shows year after year and no two shows are ever alike.

Audience suggestions help build the scene and the troupe does the rest. Bring a prop of some kind and chances are it will be used in the show. So catch some homegrown beer and laughs. What could be better?
