The Parchmen Farm @ Doug Fir
Thank you nicole and log love for the free tickets to last noght’s show. Once again, we were not dissapointed by the artist, who we had not heard until last night. The Parchmen Farm were a good old rock band of the likes of Songbird and The Darkness. The bass player had magic fingers and did a great job of pushing the songs. The lead singer rocked well and his voice fit the music style to a tee. I will definately get that album.
The second band, Six Footed Sloth were a little different. Still a good band, their music was a little less driving rock and more pop. Kinda indy-ish i guess.
we ended up not staying for Oneida, which may have been a wrong choice, but hey, it was a free show and a school night.
Happy wear green day…
data through the air……like the days of our lives….
