Fine detective work.

Currently, I am roughing it with la nina in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico where the weather is fine, but the bread is bad. My friend Dave and I, inveterate shoppers both of us, bought a couple liters of salsa, among all sorts of other vital consumer goods we and our families don't actually need, at the local Costco. I think the person who is cleaning these rooms won't have to buy groceries this week. Costco was jumping with turistas.

To the point, yes 4/22 is the anticipated first date for Touch of Grace to appear at PFM. It is subject to my ability to secure decent kitchen space, an afternoon off work, a Friday eve without the child so I can boil and bake 'til midnight and an extra pair of hands or two to help get me through 30 dozen or so of these damn dough rings of desire. Shouldn't be too much of a problem (he says hopefully).

Thx for remembering us. We will do our best to make everyone happy. I'll even try to bring along a few other goodies for those who arrive early and ask.

Sincere regards from the entire Touch of Grace Bakery team.
