Dagoba Chocolate Recall - Lead content

I just read over @ Jack Bob’s Blog that certain Dagoba Chocolate bars are being recalled for lead content. Scary. Dagoba is one of the premier organic chocolates and Oregon made. I was in New Season’s last night and one of the checkers was telling a customer that they had pulled all the Dagoba from the shelves. If you’re a Dagoba connoisseur, you may want to get more information here.

I tried to get more info from Dagoba as I have eaten and given away more than 4 boxes of the impacted chocolate. They would not tell me anything. I’m paying for a doctor and herbs. The recall URL is:

They need to be able to provide people with more info.

    Very concerned,

I’ve eaten at least half a dozen of the contaminated bars. I’ve got an appointment with a doctor on Monday and am hoping to get a blood test. Let’s all post our blood test results so we can learn how serious a problem it is. It would also be good to get an independent test of some of the chocolate, but I’m not sure where to turn for that.
