Ran into several Oregon Public Broadcasting staffers at a reception last night.

Remembering that I had not heard OPB Radio’s Gretchen Lehmann on the airwaves for some time now, I was curious about her whereabouts.

One of her (now former) colleagues told me that Gretchen has left the radio business to start a gourmet bread company with her husband.

That sort of completes the circle. I seem to remember Gretchen mentioning on the OPB site awhile back that she is a gourmet bread baker.

Unfortunately, though, I don’t have contact info for where you can contact the Lehmann’s about bread. But maybe someone will read this and let us know?
