Equality Now
Everyone was talking about the Serenity screenings this weekend for Equality Now, which is a good thing. I was taking a friend out for his second-to-last weekend in Portland, so I couldn’t make it. However, I watched with relish as The B!x posted missive after missive about how close the organization was coming to their goals of selling out Cinema 21.
B!x announced that the SN screening in Portland alone raised around $6,300, and the screenings raised almost $58,000! Way to go, guys!
Over $61,000 now, and counting.
