Hey kids, it drizzled. Yep, things in the Portland area are coated with a fine coat of mist and the roads are a bit wet.

What does that mean? Why, it’s dump the sewage straight into the river season!

I wonder about these warnings… does anyone actually get into the Willamette for recreational purposes, and if so, are they nuts?
