THe song choice are weird – although I beleive that this week’s ‘viewer choice’ ones were supposed to come from songs already sung. I think it’s supposed to be so that they can try to “show up” whoever did it last time…I don’t know.

But I agree with Superinkygirl and most others – it’s a train wreck that I just love watching (FF everytime Brooke Burke speaks – god bless the DVR) I even love watching it with my friends that hate it, ’cause they get so mad (especially at the fact that Jason Newsted wears a Voivod t-shirt almost every week “you left Metalicca and Voivod to do this crap!!”) that it just cracks me up.

Fabulous guilty pleasure TV!

I love the term Fraudience! I love this show because it hurts to hate it. Or hurts to love it? It’s the rediculousness of it all, people, that makes it so good. I love that Storm wanted to be in the bottom 3, and I think she’s great. So fun to watch. Almost as fun to watch as the amazing manscaping going on over there with Dave Navarro.

The summer reality shows like this are the new version of campy summer horror movies. Don’t get me started on Flavor of Love…

The whole ‘redemption of Dilana’ thing made me ill.

I typically fast-forward through the Supernova performance of the week, but it was really interesting to note the cutovers between Lucas singing with all the crap over his face to shots of Gilby and Jason, who looked, um, wrinkled.

The whole show has an inauthentic vibe to it, which I suppose, is part of my attraction to it in the first place.

Storm is obviously not right for Supernova, though I do think she has a fabulous voice and a smoking body. You go Storm!!

The Fraudience, the posturing, the song choices, the over-the-top costuming of Brooke Burke and Dave Navarro make me laugh. Thank goodness I have dvr and can fast forward through all the painful performances.

By the way, remember Rockstar: INXS? Remember how the robotic saxophone player would dryly creek “INXS feels you are not right for INXS”? Reality television at it’s finest!!

For some reason this show is hilarious to me and I can’t stop watching it. And Jonas, I just about fell off my chair laughing after reading your comment.

I think it’s one thing to win and another to make it to the end. While I agree she shouldn’t necessarily win, I don’t want her pushed out early for stupid reasons. I think she is amazing and her singing is improving. Obviously the public agrees.

i still don’t understand why anybody WANTS her to win. the show itself is boring as hell, and really, do you want her to have to tour with those rock-n-roll hasbeens? i think it’s great that the show has made her more famous than just here in portland, but wouldn’t it be fine for her now to get kicked off the show and get a nice fat solo (or with the balls) record deal?
as a side note, that gilby clarke is a handsome, handsome man.

Interesting comments. I’ve thought Storm is the least talented out of those left, and should have gone two weeks ago. I didn’t like Ryan much either, but thought that Storm would be sure to go tonight.
