QOD - Where do you shop for clothes?
Our first question of that (QOD) had fabulous results, so here’s today’s.
Where do you shop for clothes/shoes? - are you a downtown boutique shopper? A suburban mall shopper? A department store shopper? Online?

My shoes come from an online retailer. The bulk of my clothing comes from the outlet mall in Lincoln City.
(PS: Get out there now - the bookstore in the outlet mall is closing and all their books are 20% off)
Hopefully there are some men around 30 who will provide some ideas for clothes stores here in the comments…
I’m tall and muscular, so it’s impossible to find anything that fits at the boutiques. I also think it’s ridiculous to spend $150 on jeans or $40 on a t-shirt for crissakes.
I wish Portland had an H&M store… I’m getting tired of Old Navy, Target, M&F (er, macy’s), and Urban Outfitters. I do well enough finding diamonds in the rough at those place, and damn I look fly, but…
Any suggestions?
I have little to say about clothes shopping, but a lot about restaurants.
Yes, those two facts are definitely related…!
where’s the other options, like thrift stores or free boxes. opps i forgot you stand against such endevours, especially those pesky free boxes, yuck. deiselboi, i think you need to realize that there is a large number of people that CAN’T afford to go shopping, putting clothes on their backs is as good as it gets. i think people who are speaking to such a large audiance should feel at least some responsibility to know what class conscienceness is.
Stephen, you lost me. How is it socially unacceptable or irresponsible to pose a question asking where folks shop?
I suppose it’s irresponsible to ask where people like to eat, because some are hungry?
And we probably shouldn’t ever talk about cars or transportation, because there are those who only walk?
If you wanted to suggest places like thrift stores and such, you could have done it with a little less attitude…
Wow Stephen, someone has a chip on their shoulder.
Say it with me…
Serenity now… Serenity now….
