While allowing the #1, #3, #4, and #5 teams into the NCAA Tournament, the selection committee made the inexcusable decision that the Ducks just couldn’t cut it.

Who got in? UCLA, Stanford, USC, and Cal. And perennial favorite U of Portland, which managed to break the California School stranglehold.
