		<description>no it&#039;s a little farther east - just before Killingsworth and Columbia intersect. But on one side  it is all by industrial businesses - so definitely wouldn&#039;t attract any real high end buyers!

		<description>Is this the lot at the intersection of N. Killingsworth/Portland?  Interesting. If it is, I&#039;ve always wondered about placing that park so close to a working gravel pit. And if houses were next, who would buy them?  Hmmmm.</description>
