Unfortunately whenever there’s a major incident like the one yesterday at Virginia Tech, some jackass decides it would be fun to wreak havoc on folks with some sort of pseudo-wannabe-copycat prank. At this hour, WSU-Vancouver is being evacuated due to a threat that there would be an on-campus shooting tonight at 8pm.
