At 9am today, you might hear some bells ringing that you don’t normally hear at 9am. There will be a Moment Of Silence for the VA Tech victims. Both Kulongoski and Gregoire have signed on, and a quick search through Google News shows that it’s happening more or less across the country. If you have a moment, on the way to getting your coffee or something, stop and remember them.
