Controlled Burn at Hungry Tiger
In case you were wondering what’s happening over at the Hungry Tiger on 28th and Burnside we found out they are using the entire building for a controlled burn to train some of the local firemen. We were at Hollman’s Saturday morning, and saw all these firetrucks pulling up and firemen putting ladders against the building. There wasn’t any smoke coming out of the restaurant, so we were wondering what was going on. We talked to the firemen, and I guess this is a typical exercise they do when the opportunity avails itself. I am hoping to go back after they’re done and take some shots of the aftermath.
