Alberta: There’s Gold On That Street!

I was just reading Portland Food and Drink and it looks like NE Alberta is the place to open a new restaurant these days Portland.

But it sounds like the owner of Giorgio’s is not making any new friends up on Alberta. Portland Food and Drink reports:

And finally, the NE 30th and Alberta corner space that is being built out by Giorgio’s. They are under construction now but I haven’t heard anything about menu, who the chef will be, etc. I do know Giorgio has pissed off a lot of locals with the way he evicted the 2 tenants and how unfriendly he’s been with some other neighborhood restaurants.

I’m still waiting for that special occasion to check out Alberta Oyster Bar. Is it worth saving up my pennies?

Oyster bar is fun. The burger rocks. I like oysters, they seemed good to my inexperienced foodhole, and they’ll talk about them.
