I was making fun of it. I was able to go up to the ATM, get my cash and be off. I just thought it was funny that they chose to call the guy ATM Ambassador. I do find it a little odd that fast cash makes you wait for a receipt, but it has been that way for about 6 months or more, so I am use to it. Oh no Lady, that is not the case. And for some reason it made some of you cranky. Why? I don't bank at US Bank so I have no personal experience. Was it that you had to deal with a person? Or the process was complicated? He first started to hem and haw that if I did a withdrawal instead of fast cash, I could choose no receipt. I just stared at him incredulously and he got the hint and wrote it down as something to report back. Like about when it was stuck in Blind mode and an automated voice announced very loudly to anyone nearby "You have withdrawn $100. Your balance is $500." Or even when they're not stuck in Blind mode why do they have to beep really loudly as they dispatch your cash to you as if to announce to the whole world "Hey Look I Have Cash in My Hand!" And don't get me started on the ones who give you the option of "Fast Cash" instead of a regular withdrawl, but still make you wait for a printed receipt. urgghh.....
