So my friend Blueplate Beth sent me a message - that for the entire month of October, purchase of a dinner entree gets you a Free Milkshake. She and her husband - Chef Jeff - have had this awesome downtown eatery open for one year now - and are inviting all of us in cyberspace to come down and share in their celebration. They started out serving lunch only - but have expanded into the dinner hour in the past few months and it seems to be going very well.

My friends - if you have not had a Blueplate Milkshake - you are missing out. And of course the rest of Jeff’s food is pretty darn awesome as well. I’ll admit - I’m biased - Beth is a personal friend of mine - but considering the rave reviews they’ve gotten all over town, the rest of Portland all seems to agree as well.
