Fountain NW 10thI’m just saying it might be a little cold.

I spotted this fountain (glacier?) on NW 10th.

Even Neptune seems a little *ahem* retracted.

    OK, Melissa, I will now stop moaning about the fact it’s 60 degrees in Malibu today. (But the the rain it feels like 58 – does that rate any sympathy?
