I often wear jeans &amp; a fancy top or sweater to the symphony, plays, etc - and just Saturday we went to Bluehour &amp; Ringside with nary a tie or tail in sight.  Love this place (despite the recent SNOW in Springtime...).</description>

		<description>Truly one of the best things about living in Portland.  I say this all the time, you can get away with wearing whatever you want and not even get a second glance from locals.  As long as you&#039;re not carrying an umbrella, now that is considered strange!</description>
