		<description>One quick addition -- I did that, and they quit.  So it isn&#039;t just hearsay! :-)  I had to call back once, and they explained that we had gotten a new delivery guy, so they clued him in.

Use the term &quot;litter&quot; if you want, since the way people got them to change their policy was by threatening them somehow about littering their yards with paper. :-)

		<description>You don&#039;t happen to live in NE do you??? Hahahaha! There&#039;s a place down the street where the walkway looks VERY much as you described. 
I&#039;ve noticed that banks and credit cards are now asking if one would prefer an e-statement to cut down on paper usage. The yellow page people should do the same - or does advertising in the paper yellow pages cost less??

I dunno.... it just seems like there are so many solutions to this problem and no one&#039;s using them!</description>
