There's a carpool lane which, as far as I can see in my travels, isn't really utilized fully. However, it could and should and by all logical thought will if people actually carpooled (it isn't hard people, make friends!). People who use the carpool lane and shouldn't should be fined. It's not up to the everyday driver to decide what rules should and shouldn't be followed. Plus, as an evil motorcyclist, i want you out of 'my' lane :) It is amazing to me how things "work".
