Even though I don’t live in Portland and the woman lives in Beaverton, I called Randy Leonard’s office and I was treated courteously and I was able to get the information I needed that might help her.

Randy has a great staff. But, you know, I still disagree with him on the cell phone tax issue.

The reason I called his office is because I know he reads blogs. He has even commented on my personal blog. I think this is cool.

It was a definite emergency and she is still disabled, but from the info I have her electricity won’t be cut off tomorrow.

Ken Reusser is an interesting character. Not as interesting as Audie Murphy, but still interesting. He was awareded many medals. He had a downfall and lost all his money, his house, and he was arrested at the age of 83.

I admire what he accomplished. On this website I’m going to explain his downfall because it’s a story that needs to be told and the main stream media haven’t managed to get all the facts in one story.

According to the Washington Times:

By the time his 27-year career ended, records show, he was shot down five times and was awarded four Purple Hearts, two Navy Crosses, two Bronze Stars, two Legions of Merit and 18 Air Medals.

According to a story by KGW.com:

Three years ago, the Reussers said they lost $262,500 in a high-yield investment they learned about from friends. That, along with the $83,383 they lost to Thomas, forced them to file for bankruptcy in August.

What kind of friends would tell the Reussers to invest that much money in what turned out to be a scam? And who profited? Let’s hear from some of the supposed friends of Ken Reusser about a hearing in court when Washington Mutual realized some anti-government zealots were trying to rip off the bank.

On Monday the 7th, 2003, Judge McElligott called the Reussers and the bank’s attorney before the Court, as he had scheduled. There were more than 30 supporters, as observers and witnesses for the Reussers from several states. Included were veterans, including State Senate Candidate Jesse Lott, several political activists, and former Candidate for Governor, Roger Weidner.

I wonder where we know Roger Weidner from. If we check out this post we find out that Roger Weidner was not only insane but also involved with crazy white supremacists. This, of course, brings up the question: Is Michael Schrunk competent and bright enough to clean his department of crazy white supremacists? Personally, I don’t think so. In any event, let’s continue the thread of the point I’m trying to get across.

The following is from a witness by the name of Jack Hammer.

Bell sat on the King’s Bench, presided over by Chief Justice Charles Stewart of the Multnomah County Common Law Court (MCCLC), with such luminaries of the common law as Roger Weidner, the deputy district attorney for fraud, the man who discovered it in the system and went mad, forcibly interred at the state hospital for the insane by Judge Dorothy Baker, of the Multnomah County District Court, who, 13 years ago was in the same office Bell is suspected of bombing.

And on the other side of Bell, on the King’s bench, sits Lunch, Dick
Lancial, who the editor met in the back of a donut shop, magnificent guy, clerk for the MCCLC, charged with simulating court process, rousted from bed in his underwear and his computer seized by Portland city police the same moments the Feds were kicking in the door of Bell’s elderly parents in their sweet Vancouver, Washington home to seize his computer.

A document found on Bell’s computer reportedly bragged about bombing the editor’s office 13 years ago.

Twelve angry men. Some quiet, reserved, others open and talkative. Some with grievances. Some with quieter agendas.

All of them white men. Calvinist Jeff Weakly, pastor for the court, who the editor met in a bookshop, standing behind a counter expounding on the true lost tribes of Israel.

Jim Bleakly, campaign manager for a gubernatorial candidate in Washington State, who the editor met while doing a talk show in a radio station.

KGW.com has more info about an unfortunate situation.

BEAVERTON — A highly-decorated war hero and his wife, who were swindled out of more than $80,000 by their accountant and evicted from their Beaverton home, are now in jail after being arrested for trespassing.

Ken and Trudy Reusser were forced out of their home by Washington County Sheriff’s deputies in March, the couple said. The deputies removed the couple because the pair was unable to pay the mortgage for the home, which sits on land once owned by Ken Reusser’s grandfather.

Now the Reussers are in Washington County Jail in Hillsboro after apparently trying to re-enter their $1 million former home, the sheriff’s office said Thursday.

ìA few weeks ago, attorneys for Washington Mutual Bank filed a criminal complaint with The Washington County Sheriffís Office for Criminal Trespass in the first degree against the Reussers,î said sheriff’s office spokesman Rick Lamanna.

On May 24, when the initial trespassing complaint was received by the sheriffís office, Lamana said sheriffís deputies notified the Ruessersí attorney about the complaint and that an arrest warrant was likely to be issued.

On Thursday, deputies took the Ruessers into custody after a judge issued the warrant.

Now let’s see what the three official (that’s right…really official) press releases from the Washington County Sheriff’s Office have to say.

WASHINGTON COUNTY - - In recent months, representation from Washington Mutual Bank and Kenneth Reusserís family have been engaged in serious discussions to try and resolve matters between them in a way that would have eliminated the involvement of the court system. Apparently that has not been fruitful as a few weeks ago, attorneys for Washington Mutual filed a criminal complaint with The Washington County Sheriffís Office for Criminal Trespass in the first degree against the Reussers.

After the previous eviction of the Ruesserís, the Sheriff met with Mr. Ruesser and some of his advisors. The Sheriff explained that Mr. Ruesser was placing himself in circumstances, which could produce a warrant for Trespass if the Bank sought to pursue that course. The Sheriff further explained that he was sworn to do his duty and if the court so ordered, his deputies would have to carry out the serving of a warrant. Due to officer safety tactics, the sheriff informed them that we would not be able to give any for warning as to when we would serve the warrant.

On approximately May 24th, 2004, when the initial complaint for trespass was received by the Sheriffís Office, command staff personnel notified Mr. Ruesserís attorney of the complaint and that a warrant was likely to be forthcoming.

The Sheriffís Office conducted an investigation and had contact directly with the Ruessers during the process so they were aware of the unfolding events. The facts of the investigation were then presented to the district attorney and circuit court. As a result, a warrant was issued for the arrest of Kenneth and Trudy Ruesser for First degree Criminal Trespass.

Today, Sheriffís Deputies served the arrest warrants taking the Ruessers into custody without incident. Both have been processed at the Washington County Jail in Hillsboro. There is every reason to believe that they will be released in a fairly short time period once they have been processed through booking.

Criminal Trespass is a Class A misdemeanor.

Time for a break. Ok, now let’s go on to press release number two.

WASHINGTON COUNTY - - On Saturday March 27, 2004, deputies with the Washington County Sheriffís Office were dispatched to a reported trespass at the home of Kenneth and Gertrude Reusser, which is located at 17345 SW Reusser Court in Beaverton.

The Reussers were evicted from the property, by court order, on March 19, 2004. Deputies were ordered by the court to serve the eviction. The Sheriffís Office had no choice but to carry out the eviction.

That same day, March 19, 2004, Wachovia Bank, the bank that brought the eviction process, took ownership of the property and changed the locks.

Through an agreement with the bank the Reussers were allowed back into their home starting Monday March 22, 2004 to collect their belongings. On Saturday, March 27, 2004, a realtor, whoíd been unlocking the property for the Reussers, learned that the Reussers had changed the lock on the house and were refusing to vacate the property.

The Sheriffís Office does not plan any further action at this time. The issue rests with the Reussers, Wachovia Bank and the Circuit Court.

Now it gets really sleazy.

Update (June 3, 2004):
Richard Jones is refusing to cooperate and will not allow us to process his picture and finger prints at this time. The Columbia County officials are in route to retrieve him and will email us his picture later when they book him in at their facility.

WASHINGTON COUNTY - - During the service of warrants for arrest of the Ruessers, Sheriff Deputies made contact with two people living in the basement of the Ruesser home. The male subject was present the last time we were there to serve eviction process. The last time he refused to open the door for us, which required us to force entry with guns drawn. Mr. Jones also furnished false information about his identity, which in Oregon is a crime.

This time they also refused to come out cooperatively when called to by deputies. Three deputies with guns drawn entered the house and searched for anyone inside. Finally the two came out from the basement area and deputies detained them.

At first the two refused to identify themselves and were verbally uncooperative. Eventually deputies were able to gain cooperation and identify them. A check with our computer revealed that he was a wanted fugitive for Burglary out of Columbia County and she was wanted for Eluding police in Marion County.

At the time that the search of the home took place, the Ruessers had already been removed cooperatively. At no time were guns drawn and presented in view of the Ruessers. Mrs. Ruesser was taken into custody on a routine traffic contact on SW 175th Ave. on Cooper Mountain. She told us to contact her husband and she believed he would be cooperative. We made phone contact with Mr. Ruesser and he voluntarily came out of the house. Although he refused to get dressed, both were transported without incident to the jail in an unmarked and uncaged car.

At the writing of this release both Ruesserís are going through routine procedure in booking and are having a third person of their choosing review the standard release agreement before they sign it. We expect both to be released on their own recognizance.

The full identities of the two fugitives taken into custody are:

Carla Marie Jones - 01-24-56
Richard Orrin Jones - 01-31-51

Now how the hell did Washing County citizens let one of its most treasured heros be lured in to being ripped off by a bunch of crazy white supremacists and then isolate him from his fellow citizens in such a way that the white supremacists pretty much destroyed the Reussers.

Are the people of Washington County so engrossed in their own petty, immediate gratifications that once they get their booze and their piece of ass they don’t care what happens to the elderly and disabled in Washington County?

How could the citizens and veterans of Washington County have allowed a white supremacist cop by the name of Doug Brown to take over American Legion Post 104 and attempt to deny minority, qualified veterans from being allowed in?

All qualified veterans, regardless of ethnicity, religion or political persuasion should be allowed to partake of the amenities of American Legion Post 104 in Aloha, Oregon.

I quit the post in disgust after the white supremacist cop, Doug Brown, took over, but I still believe the veterans in Washington County know the difference between right and wrong and that they will eliminate the white supremacist influence in Post 104.

Man, can I be a hypocrite or what?!! I actually made some comments about a post by benkay wherein I criticized his use of some words.

Blogging is about throwing ideas out on the internet. No matter what religion, political persuasion, or ethnic group, etc. you are a member of, the ideas deserve discussion.

Sometimes the discussions become somewhat heated and sometimes the discussions become elevated into the struggle for one person’s or group’s ideas to take precedence or overcome other ideas; hence I like a good political or religious debate.

Sometimes blogging involves using words that somebody might find objectionable. Sometimes usual conversation between individuals in various situations; e.g. work, play areas, bars, theaters, concerts, baseball parks, might involve words some might find offensive. This is a part of the real world. Deal with it.

Again I owe an apology to benkay and I hope he accepts it and continues to use any word he wants to use in his posts.

Portland, Ore. - Australian authorities are after a man who has been dubbed ‘Doctor Death’ and who has been living in Portland.

The man they are after, Dr. Jayant Patel, actually practiced here in Portland from 1989 to 2001 before moving to Australia.

According to an Australian newspaper investigation, three Oregon patients died after being operated on by Dr. Patel.

The paper also links the doctor to several deaths and injuries in Australia and says he deliberately withheld bodies from autopsies to cover up his botched surgeries.

Man, this certainly doesn’t seem to be a healthy situation. Maybe the state medical board is asleep at the wheel. Maybe they can prescribe themselves coffee to keep them awake.

It seems the feds are investigating Dr. Ron Turco of Washington County for falsifying medical reports for money, but there’s a place for us non-fed types to investigate docs and other stuff.

Sometimes the Oregon Department of Justice does something about doctors who are not only incompetent but also crooked.

ATTORNEY GENERAL FILES LAWSUIT AGAINST TWO OREGON MEDICAL DOCTORS

Attorney General Hardy Myers today filed a lawsuit in Washington County Circuit Court against two Oregon medical doctors alleging violations of state consumer protection laws in the unlawful sale and advertising of prescription drugs on the Internet and from a clinic in Tigard. Named in the lawsuit are Dr. Steven Gabriel Moos (pronounced Moss) of Tigard, a medical doctor of “lifestyle” medicine doing business in Oregon as Frontier Medical Clinic of Tigard and the Center for Menís Health, LLC and Dr. Thomas Holeman of Milwaukie, a current employee of Moos at the Tigard clinic. Dr. Moos also has a clinic in Grants Pass.

The case was initially referred to the Oregon Department of Justice by the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners (BME), who in 2000 placed Dr. Moos on ten years of probation for problems associated with advertising and selling prescription drugs over the Internet. The BME subsequently became aware of additional misconduct by Moos as a result of his criminal indictment in Multnomah County for unlawful drug use and a criminal investigation in California related to practicing medicine without a license. Moosí medical license was suspended by the BME on an emergency basis in January 2003. The emergency suspension was confirmed as a final order in April 2003.

This reminds me of the time a white supremacist Washington County cop by the name of Doug Brown thought I was a homosexual and that I was working to destroy the white race with the AID’s virus. I’m not gay and I don’t have AID’s but I had to go to a Kaiser Permanente Hospital up on a hill overlooking the Willamette River for a shoulder injury. Crazy Brown found out I was going to the doctor and he made arrangements for the doctor to do a revolutionary medical test to determine if I was a homosexual. So this doctor did the homosexual tests instead of taking tests to diagnose the shoulder injury. I had to go to another doctor outside of Kaiser to get the proper health treatment.

Here in the Rose City and surrounding parts we have a thriving Iranian community.

In the first congressional district, where I live, we had an interesting race between David Wu (D) and Goli Ameri (R). I voted for David Wu (and received hate emails because I endorsed him, as though he needed my sleazy endorsement to win) but I hope Goli Ameri runs again.

The following is some interesting information about Iranians in the Portland area.

The excerpt below was written before the election by Colin Fogarty.

Ms. Ameri and her husband are from Iran. She immigrated in the 1970s to attend Stanford University and remained in California after the 1979 Iranian revolution. Now, the former marketing consultant could be the first Iranian elected to Congress.

“It’s huge! I mean, you are a refugee from a country and you come here and you live the American dream and then you ask people to vote for you. It’s very emotional. It is,” she adds.

Such unbridled patriotism won Goli Ameri strong support among Oregon Republicans and so has her ability to tap into a new source of campaign contributions, her fellow Iranian Americans. Oregon Republican Party chair Kevin Mannix is eager to tout Ms. Ameri as a spokesperson for President Bush’s policies, such as the war in Iraq and the Patriot Act.

“She does not come across as harsh,” he notes. “And she has shown real zeal in terms of her perspectives on the issues, without being extreme.”

And that’s important, according to Pacific University political analyst Jim Moore. He says previous Republican candidates have lost in this district because they’ve been seen as too conservative.

“This is a district that the Republicans have been trying to win for 30 years. On paper, this is a growing suburban district and those districts are Republican districtsÖ moderate Republican, but Republican districts,” he says.

But Goli Ameri’s close alignment with the Bush administration has alienated her from some Iranians. Jahansha Javiid, who edits the on-line magazine Iranian.com, says her campaign serves as a civics lesson for a group that’s not fully engaged in American politics.

“Because Iranians are still at a very infant level in terms of political awareness of how voting counts, because voting never counted or even existed when we were born,” he says. “But on the other hand, her policies are more to the right and the average Iranian American would have a difficult time voting for her.”

I don’t necessarily agree with everything in the above political analysis, but I do advocate for a Free Iran.

There’s also a list of organizations that help out people from the Middle East at the The Community and Language Bank.

I would also liked to take this time to say there’s a lot of cool teenagers out there and one of them is benkay.

The following is from a witness by the name of Jack Hammer.

Bell sat on the King’s Bench, presided over by Chief Justice Charles
Stewart of the Multnomah County Common Law Court (MCCLC), with such
luminaries of the common law as Roger Weidner, the deputy district
attorney for fraud, the man who discovered it in the system and went mad, forcibly interred at the state hospital for the insane by Judge Dorothy Baker, of the Multnomah County District Court, who, 13 years ago was in the same office Bell is suspected of bombing.

The U. S. Department of Justice issued the following press release.

NEWS FROM U.S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE

June 7, 2002

[1] Assistant Attorney General Eileen J. O’Connor and United States Attorney Michael W. Mosman announced today that a federal jury in Portland, Oregon, convicted six defendants, Richard George Flowers, Dorothy Lenore Flowers, Jeffrey Allen Weakley, John David Anderson, Ronald William Stacey, and Dan Romaine Kirkham, of conspiracy to defraud the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). All defendants were associated with the Christian Patriot Association, a warehouse bank located in Boring, Oregon, which provided anonymous banking for 900 members nationwide. According to proof at trial. this warehouse bank was operated for the purpose of impeding and impairing the Internal Revenue Service and bad deposits totaling $186 million during the 14-year span of the conspiracy. The jury also found Richard George Flowers guilty of failure to file federal income tax returns for 1995 and 1996 and found Anderson, Ronald and Elecia Stacey, and Dan Romaine Kirkham guilty of tax evasion.

[2] The indictment alleged a conspiracy that involved a nationwide web of financial transactions from March 1986 until July 2000. The scheme was designed to enable members to conduct banking transactions anonymously by using numbered accounts that were come singled in a single comercial bank account.

[3] “The jury’s verdict sends a clear message that criminals who hide income and assets to evade payment of taxes and who willfully fail to file income tax returns will be held accountable,” said Deputy Assistant Attorney General Rod J. Rosenstein. “People who commit tax fraud are not patriots.”

[4] Evidence presented to the jury showed that defendants Richard Flowers and Dorothy Flowers founded the Christian Patriot Association (CPA), and along with Jeff Weakley, operated it from its headquarters in Boring, Oregon. Identifying customers by numbers rather than names, CPA conducted anonymous banking transactions for over 900 customers nationwide, including defendants John Anderson, Ronald Stacey and Elecia Stacey of Oregon, and Dr. Dan Romaine Kirkham of California.

[5] Christian Patriot Association members would send deposits of checks, cash, money orders, and cashiers checks to CPA. The deposits of all members were commingled into commercial bank accounts held in the name of CPA Services in Oregon and Arizona. CPA would then pay bills for and mail cash to CPA members. As a result, the banking transactions of CPA members were virtually untraceable.

[[6] Testimony established that CPA mailed over $10 million in cash to its members. The defendants used multiple alias names and false social security numbers to facilitate the scheme. Defendant Jeff Weakley admitted at trial that he forged the family tree in a Bible he bought at a second-hand bookstore as proof of identity in order to get a false social security number in an alias name. Defendant John Anderson testified that he stopped filing federal income tax returns in 1982 because he resented paying taxes. He used at least six alias names. Dan Romaine Kirkham, a medical doctor and lawyer from California, used one alias and at least five social security numbers, and testified that be made them up when he needed one. Ronald and Elecia Stacey titled their vehicles in an alias name in order to hide them from the IRS.

[7] John Anderson, Ronald and Elecia Stacey, and Dan Romaine Kirkham, were convicted of evading the payment of over $1,448,657 in federal taxes, penalties, and interest. The evidence showed that Dorothy Flowers notarized the alias names of several defendants, including her husband, Richard Flowers, who used an alias to open bank accounts, title vehicles and create trusts. Anderson used the CPA warehouse bank services, multiple aliases and post office boxes, sham trusts and a false social security number to hide his assets from the IRS. He also used $81,000 in cash to purchase a helicopter, which he titled in the name of his 10-year old son. The Staceys, former owners of the Tickle Your Fancy Florist Shop in Clackamas, Oregon, used multiple business names and the CPA warehouse bank services to conceal their income and assets from the IRS.

[8] When IRS employees attempted to collect outstanding taxes owed by the Staceys, the Staceys filed a “common law” criminal complaint against them. Dr. Kirkham counseled Dorothy and Arnold Mitchell to hide their income at CPA.

[9] The evidence established that the Flowers, who reside in Sandy, Oregon, and John Anderson have not filed federal income tax returns since 1982; Jeff Weakley, a resident of Portland, Oregon, has not filed income tax returns since 1985. Ronald and Elecia Stacey, residents of Milwaukee, Oregon, did not file timely federal income tax returns between 1991 and 1996. Dr. Kirkham, a resident of Orange County, California, has not filed an income tax return since 1992.

[10] Each defendant faces up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine for each of the conspiracy and tax evasion convictions. The failure to file charges against Richard Flowers carry a penalty of up to one year imprisonment for each count and a fine of up to $100,000. Jeff Weakley was acquitted of the two charges of failing to file his federal income tax returns for 1995 and 1996.

[11] This case was prosecuted by Trial Attorneys Jen E. Ihlo, Melissa Schraibman, and Amanda Cruser of the United States Department of Justice, Tax Division, Criminal Enforcement Section. Special Agents with the Internal Revenue Service, Criminal Investigation, conducted the investigation.
After I quit being a member I helped out somebody who had the cleaning contract. I don’t know who has it now.

When I was a teenager I learned three things from working at restaurants.

1. People like clean dishes and forks and knives and such.

2. People like clean toilets and bathrooms.

3. People like good food and booze.

If you can provide all that, which American Legion Post 104 does, then you can do a sprightly business.

By the way, Stumptown Confidential has moved.

I like the stories about ordinary citizens being rousted and involuntarily joining a ship’s company way back yonder.

Portland sits near the confluence of two of the West’s mightiest rivers, the Columbia and the Willamette (w-lamb-it), so it’s not surprising that the city’s early growth was fueled by shipping and trade. The terminus of the continental railroad and a major port city to the Pacific Rim, Portland was ideally situated to export the agricultural riches of the western USA.

The settlement of Portland is inextricably linked to nearby Fort Vancouver, the Hudson’s Bay Company fur-trading post established in 1825 on the northern bank of the Columbia River. Retiring trappers moved south, up the Willamette River, to establish settlements. The first building in what would become Portland was erected in 1829 by Etienne Lucier, a former trapper looking to establish a farm along the Willamette. Although Lucier abandoned his homestead a year later and moved farther up the river to Champoeg, activity continued at the site of future Portland.

In 1844, two New Englanders filed a claim for 640 acres (255 hectares) of land on the west bank of the Willamette River. They built a store, planted streets and decided to name the new settlement after one of their hometowns. A coin-toss resulted in Portland winning over Boston, and the new town was up and running.

Trade, not industry or natural-resource exploitation, was the engine that drove the growth of the city. The California gold rush of 1849 and the building of San Francisco demanded lumber, which was routed through the fledgling port city. At the same time, Oregon Trail settlers brought agriculture to the Willamette Valley, and mining and ranching developed throughout the inland West. Each demanded a coastal city of trade, and Portland became the mercantile and shipping centre for much of the Northwest.

Portland’s primacy in the Northwest was cinched when the Northern Pacific Railroad arrived in 1883, linking Portland and the Pacific Northwest to the rest of the country. The first bridges were built across the Willamette in the late 1880s, and the city’s population increased five-fold between 1880 and 1900.
In the interest of educating people about racist, bizarre philosophies I’m posting the following nonsense from this webpage.

The Schweitzer Files
As Used by LeRoy Michael, of the clan Schweitzer: & his Legal Retinue of Suitors
among those great Modern American Heroes known collectively as
The Montana Freemen

They had to shut the Freemen down. If they did not, Babylon itself would have fallen. The Freemen had used Lawfully Valid Commercial Process to pay off the National Debt. They had driven into bankruptsy many Lawless Godless Pharisaical o bankruptsy many Lawless Godless Pharisaical DeFacto Mercenaries who belligerently crossed their paths in efforts to do Nuremberg recognizable Agressive Warfare. These Pharisaiocal Law Aggressors could not sell their fancy homes when they left town to retire from their plunder to a warmer climate, because the liens on the houses prevented bank re-financing.

The Commercial Process used here is Rock Solid under Modern Commercial Law, as codified within every states version of the Uniform Commercial Code (frequently UCC).

This is better than Law School folks. Mr Schweitzer did so much for this movement, that in this author’s opinion, he is the greatest hero of modern times. His Lawless ImPrisonment is just another testimony of Faith in Christ/Messaih Jesus/Yeshuah, who was also Tortured & Brutalized as he was Nailed to the Cross/Stake by the exact same form of Roman Civil-Military Government, all in alliance with “those who claim they are Jews, but are Not, but are of the Synagogue of Satin”. (The words of Jesus/Yeshuah; Revelation 2:9 & 3:9).

The documents & video which you probably seek are closer to the bottom of this page here. Go ahead & skip to those, if the spirit so moves you. As I edit this index/introduction document in March of 2005; i realize that my previous version of it should have been moved to a seperate document; becasue it does comtain much of my own views, rather than text directly related tot he profound work of LeRoy Michael. But that older version does also contain a lot related to LeRoy, & I am in a rush, so i will leave it as is, for now. We continue:

The use of Paper Contracts to “proceed against all the goods and land of the defaulting debtor”, was brought about by just such an alliance, as a direct result of the Norman Conquest, and as described in a soon to be here posted excerpt from the Georgetown Law Journal, & as obtained by this author by way of another unsung hero & cutting-edge Scholar of the Commercial-Lien Process; one: Hartford VanDyke, of the Battleground Washington area (presently also lawlessly incarcerated).

In the opinion of this author & Hartford VanDyke, LeRoy Schweitzer Errored in presuming that Commercial-Law was a subset of Common-Law. This author believes that this common mis-understanding comes from, the More Foundational common Error of, assuming that the true form of “Common-Law” continued on in existence After the Norman Conquest of 1066. This appears to this author to be the Most Significant Error in the research of almost all Modern Common-Law Scholars, & it is quite understandable that such greats as LeRoy Schweitzer & other respected heros in this movement have fallen victim to it.

Once it is understood that True Common-Law Ceased to Exist After the Norman Conquest (for all practical purposes) then it becomes clear that “Commercial-Law” & the “Law of Contracts” are Not a part of True “Common-Law”.

Commercial-Law is based upon what was known as “The Law Merchant”, which was basically just the “Law of Contracts”; all of which was for Negotiable & Non-Negotiable “True Bill” Instruments there-under. Because the Conquering Norman Kings waged Propaganda & Economic War against the Conquered Anglo-Saxons, & because the Anglo-Saxons eventually became Indoctrinated into their newly imposed Slavery, & because the History Books are very thin in documenting these realities of the true nature of the Evil which we battle:

Thus it is commonly mis-construed that Common-Law existed after the Norman Conquest. Many prominent University Scholars emphatically insist that it is an Honest Use of the Term “Common-Law” to identify that system which was Imposed over the Anglo-Saxon People After the “Norman-Conquest”, & continuing clear up until the times of the American Revolution. Noteworthily, the Anglo-Saxon system was momentarily allowed small short bloomings after the Conquest, mostly as a result of Magna Carta’s great triumph, & the Courageous Efforts of the Barons holding the Norman King At Sword Point to get him to agree to it. However, the Norman Kings quickly reneged on their promises, & the local Anglo-Saxon True Common-Law Courts of the Hundred & County, were but rare & momentary bright spots in the otherwise gloomy & Brutal Feudal Roman-Modeled System Imposed by the Normans.

But “Honesty of Words” Demands that Terms be Defined Specifically. And because it is acknowledged on all fronts that the Common-Law was derived from the Anglo-Saxons, & because All Honorable Scholars will concede that the Centralizing Influences of the Judicial Process brought about through the Norman Conquest (for all practical purposes) eventually Destroyed the Anglo-Saxon De-Centralized Method of proceeding at Common-Law, thus the Discriminating Logician will clearly Deduce that the use of the term “Common-Law” to Identify most of the Judicial Process developed After the “Norman Conquest”, is grievously In Error.

But these thoughts are more fully explored in the Anglo-Saxon Section of this Web Page. Refer there please for a much more detailed study of this critically-important turning-point in history. For this section all we need to know is that the Law Merchant & the practically synonymous Commercial-Law & Law of Contracts has all frequently been mis-took for a sub-division of true “Common-Law” process.

The fact that there is a difference here did not play any significant role in the legitimacy of the Schweitzer Lien Process. It is a principle of True Common-Law, as practiced by the Anglo-Saxons, that where there is a Wrong, there will be a Remedy. Modern America is swamped in Commercial Law. Common Law is superior to Commercial Law (a point upon which this author is in disagreement with the respected Mr Van Dyke). This author argues that True Common-Law can make use of Commercial-Law to afford a Remedy to those Sovereign Free Men & Women with-in the Common-Law Jurisdiction (Mr Van Dyke seems to agree here), & at which point Mr Schweitzer seems to have pushed the envelope in merging the differing Legal Remedy fields available to Modern Courtroom Warriors into one Dynamic Remedy, all farther than any man alive thus far.

But the Truth will Bear Witness to Its Self. Examine the documents listed below carefully. Please study them closely. LeRoy Schweitzer interlaced decades of scholarshoip into each line he composed in these documents. Mr Schweitzer gained much strength from being able to “Speak-Law” from his own “Juris-Diction” in the Constitutionally Recognizable “Foreign Jurisdiction” of “Justus Township”, with-in the Independent Nation (for judicial & commercial purposes) of Montana. This is how our larger American Nation was constitutionally set-up. Its part of the Constitutional Blue-Print. It embodies the Remnants of Magna-Carta, & it goes back to the times of Moses, where each ten & fifty & hundred & thousand Household Group was a responsibly self-governing & self-policing body-politic. And this is the way in which our American Constitution was designed to secure Freedom for “We the People” of this once great Nation. And “LeRoy Michael, Schweitzer”; & his “Montana Freemen” knew this.

Sorry, we’ve all been lied to. We are all Free Men & Free Women. The government run schools lied to us. Were fortunate to be finding this out now.

Thank you Mr Schweitzer.

Schweitzer Video:
This video was made in January of 1996. LeRoy Michael was lawlessly arrested in February of that month.
This is the best video of LeRoy speaking available, imho; becasue LeRoy’s studies & strategy was at its most advanced stage before his ability to communicate with the rest of us was aborted. He was waxing eloquently then. He has always had trouble communicating his ideas to his students. He was learning to become an effective communicator in this later video. Audio tapes are also available.
The resolution of this video is less than perfect; but it in jam-packed with 6 full hours of insightful info.
The first 3 hours are basically devoted to common-law & constitutional-law; & the last 3 hours are basically devoted to commercial UCC process.

U.C.C. Signatures By Accommodation: Text form Montana Code Annotated, a favorite cite from LeRoy. The best part is the affirmation of he Right of all People to Sign Signatures on Default Debt-Instruments against Corrupted Public-Officials & ther Partys who Fail to Deny Accusations against them with-in the Statutory Time Limit. This is near the end of the document. It may be called “Statutory Scceptance”

American Bank # 1: LeRoy sues to Lien-up Bankers for $100 Million. UCC and Bankers Handbook Cited. Other good points.

U.S. District Court Judge Dresbach: LeRoy gets in the face of a Corrupt US District Court Judge, in excruciating detail, & Liens him up for $100 Million.

Samples from the here-in mentioned disks are UCC-Complaints & Liens against: FBI agents, IRS agents, County Sheriffs, News Reporters; & the list goes on … The 4 computer-disks contain the whole package. LeRoy Michael’s Complete set of disks, are on the following web pages.

I imagine some FBI agents would like to get their hands on a couple of those disks mentioned above.

And yes, this post is about Portland Planning. Man, I gotta get off this subject before it drives me up the wall.
The following is an excerpt from a post at kazablog.

Yesterday marked the one-year anniversary of the untimely passing of Ernie Bonner, former city of Portland planner extraordinaire.

Most people will recall Ernie for his work in revitalizing Portland in the decade between 1973 (when he arrived here from Cleveland) and 1983, and rightfully so. For it was Bonner, with the unwaivering support of former (now disgraced) mayor Neil Goldschmidt, who gave Portland much of the character that is has today. Whether Pioneer Square, the Park blocks, waterfront or light rail…Bonner was an integral part of it all.

That Bonner legacy lives on at one of his websites: Planning in Portland but I got to know a different Ernie Bonner.

Although I’d heard of Ernie and even briefly met him once in the early ’80s, I didn’t really talk to him until a few months before his death. A mutual friend from Bonner’s Goldschmidt days had suggested I get in touch with Ernie as someone who might be open to an insurgent campaign. After all, Ernie himself had at one time decided to run as an “outsider” for Metro councilor in the mid-1980s.

We met in early January 2004 on a particularly icy day, as I barely negotiated the path from the street to his house in NE Portland. I knew that Ernie had been battling cancer, but he seemed both in good spirits and reasonable health when we got together. He was enthusiastic, but also realistic. He told me he was working on the Nick Fish campaign for city council, and also supporting Tom Potter…he really didn’t think he could devote much time to my campaign, but said he would “make some calls”.
