Baby, It’s Hot Outside
Just stepped out the back deck…overlooking the city. Great views of Helen’s, Hood and I do see Adams (the mountain, not Sam) playing peek-a-boo.
But:
Hot. Dry.
In re: 87 degrees at 4 p.m., humidity 17 percent, wind N6 but can’t feel it.
Need air conditioning.
Really need beer. How about a Sam Adams (the beer, not the City Commissioner)
And you?
In other breaking news you can’t find anywhere else… the sky is blue.
Sam Adams is dog swill. If you don’t do local, grab a Siera Nevada Pale Ale. Beer snob here.
Was feeling it this afternoon as well. Thankfully, I have both conditioned air and beer. High Five.
Grab a local pint before reaching for anything else.
Once again, since I know it’s been pointed out before: it’s Mt. St. Helens. No apostrophe.
Russ: “Great views of Helen’s, Hood and I do see Adams (the mountain, not Sam) playing peek-a-boo.”
OA: “Once again, since I know it’s been pointed out before: it’s Mt. St. Helens. No apostrophe.”
Russ was actually referring to his view of his neighbor Helen’s apartment. At *certain* times of day, I hear it is indeed quite nice.
